I’m a psychotherapeutic counsellor, coach, and hypnotherapist working with clients online. I am an Advanced Accredited member of Pink Therapy and have expertise in working with clients who are exploring gender or sexuality and who come from minoritised relationship backgrounds. I particularly welcome clients with neurodivergent experiences including experiences that some describe with the labels of Autism, ADHD, OCD, amongst others. I do not diagnose, nor do I require diagnosis to explore these if they resonate with you.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on techniques from a lot of diverse types of therapy. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice and recognise that there are two of us in a therapy relationship with neither one of us having a more valid way of being in the world. Finding and naming imbalances of power and working to change them is an important part of my work.

I have training to work with people who have experienced single-incident or ongoing traumatic experiences. Trauma is something that many people experience in their lifetimes, and I work in a trauma-informed way with everyone, no matter what led them to seek out therapy.

Making therapy accessible is important to me, and I use a sliding scale for my fees, no questions asked. The fees range from £30-£60 per session. As a guide for where you might sit on the scale, this graphic may help:

I am neurodivergent and use they/them pronouns.

I offer a 15-minute consultation free of charge to all who think they may like to work with me. If you would like to see if I have availability and set up a time to talk, please contact me by email or WhatsApp using the links below.
